Brief history of Jing Fang Classical Formulas. Explanation of the properties of Gui Zhi according to the Shen Nong Ben Cao Jing (神農 本草 經) and the Ming Yi Bie Lü (名醫 別錄), in relation to the formulas of the Shang Han Za Bing Lun (傷 寒 雜 病 論). Description of Gui Zhi using the classical theoretical and clinical concepts of Yào Zhèng 藥證 (plant syndrome) and Tǐ Zhì 體 質 (constitutions). Analysis of Gui Zhi Tang through the lens of Tǐ Zhì 體質 (constitutions), Fāng Zhèng ⽅證 (Formula Syndrome) and Bing 病 (Diseases).
